A traditional wooden massage stick may also be used to precisely target pressure points, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the treatment.

Hopi Ear Candles
This ancient and natural healing technique can be used for relaxation purposes as well as to treat many conditions such as compacted ear wax, headaches, vertigo, tinnitus and sinusitis.
When lit the candle acts like a chimney.
The warm air inside the candle rises creating a vacuum effect at the bottom. This light suction created gently massages the eardrum encouraging the breakdown of excess wax and impurities.
The candles can equalise the pressure in the head and ears which make this an ideal treatment for anyone suffering with sinus related issues. Each treatment is finished with a warm oil massage on the neck, face and scalp, focusing on the pressure points around the sinuses and the connecting meridians in the scalp.
